CHANGING AND RETURN POLICY :You always have the 14-days exchange and return policy. In order to return the product must be unused. Original packaging and any labels must be attached in returning process. This enables us to sell the product in future. If the item is returned in improper condition, we have the right to refuse a refund. Unfortunately, there is no exchange on underwear, stockings, lingerie, body and cosmetics for hygienic reasons. 

We ship the items in store 1-2 working days. If an items is not in store you will be informed through email how long it will take before you get it.The complaint and change course, we pay the postage. Complaints: We guarantee that the goods you have ordered is error-free upon delivery.
